1) What's included:

An individual booking includes a 4 hour* session at our facilities, with unlimited access to all steam rooms, the Banya as well as the lounge area and the cafe within the specified time period.

We won’t be offering any treatments until further notice.

You are required to wear appropriate footwear when using our facilities (i.e. flip-flops). Alternatively they can be rented (subject to availability) or purchased at the reception upon arrival.

It is also recommended that you bring your own towel, but clean towels are available to rent at the reception for a small fee of £2

Loosing your locker key will result in being charged a fee of £10

2. Booking policy

You are required to book your session online or over the phone prior to your visit. Booking your session on site is possible, but please note that we only allow 30 people per session. Should this number be reached, you will will not be allowed to enter and you’ll only be able to book the next available session.

You will be required to pay the full amount when making your booking. Your booking is fully refundable when cancelled within specified notice period. Please refer to the cancelation policy for more details.

Our prices start from £12 per person. If you pay a concessionary rate, you’ll be required to present a proof of identity (and your student card) to a member of staff upon arrival. Failing to do  so will result in being charged the difference between the rate paid and the standard rate of £18.

You will be asked to leave the building promptly at the end of your session. You are required to leave the wet area 30 minutes before the end of your session to allow enough time to dry and get changed.

Under no circumstances you will be allowed to stay in the building between sessions. 

3. Cancellation policy

Our venue holds limited seating, and many of our sessions sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel your booking with at least 24 hour notice. This will allow us to offer your spot to another user. 

If you have made a booking but your circumstances change, you will be able to reschedule once up to 12 hours before the appointed time either online or by calling 020 7473 1454. If you cancel your booking with less than 24 hour notice, 100% of your deposit will be withheld. The same applies when making a booking for several people.

If you are more than 1 hour late for your session, we will not be able to accommodate you and your space will be offered to another user.

4. Lost property and locker use

All items found on site will be kept for a period of one month. Any unclaimed items will be donated to a charity of our choice. Please note that we don’t take responsibility for any lost or stolen items.
