All you need to know :

When planning your visit, please consider the following few points. They will help you make the most of your time with us. We are easy. Do the same and we'll definitely get along.

So, first thing's first, the timetable. We've divided our days into three sessions to make things flow better, not only for us, but most importantly for you.

Our Banya needs a breather from time to time. How else is it supposed to give you that heavenly heat you've been craving for? Come join us at the cafe upstairs at the end of your session!

Yes, our timetable is mostly green at the moment, but we're working on it.

A couple of rules:

1) Packing:

Once you've figured out your preferred visit time, you'll have to pack your bag. Here's a list of things you'll need

- Towel
- Flipflops
- Swimsuit
- Water bottle

That's your basic inventory.*

feeling fabulous?
Bring your scrubs, exfoliating gloves, masks, moisturisers and anything else that makes your bathing ritual a special one. We have a selection of reasonably priced toiletries, as well as massage and essential oils, all of which you can purchase at the reception.

* If you're particularly forgetful, we've also got you covered for the basics.

2)Bringing your own food?

You are welcome to bring your own Fresh & Dried Fruit, Beer & Cordials, Fresh Continential Breads, but all other products must be purchased from our Cafe. Otherwise, you will need to pay a Cover Charge of £5.00 per person.

Did someone say barbecue? You can hire one on site for a total of £25. Bring all the food you like and we'll look after it for you when you're in the steam.

NO GLASS BOTTLES OR JARS ALLOWED ON SITE.

3) Etiquette

Whatever you do, please be respectful of other users. If you're unsure about anything, ask a member of staff or a fellow bather. Things can feel a bit overwhelming on busy days. If that's the case, take your time and remember to drink plenty of water.

Rule of thumb:

-Throwing too much water on the stove will make the banya cooler. Don't do it!

-When using the Venik, don't apply too much force.

-Make use of the plunge pools. The feeling is ecstatic!
